Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only. If 30 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

In regards to reactions with any product, please email us at support@faithfulfamilyfarmer.com we are always happy to troubleshoot any issue with our customers and come up with a solution. 

To complete your return, we require an email with your order number and reason for sending your item back. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or contains missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. If you are approved, a credit will be created via email and sent to you to use on your next purchase. Only regular priced items may be returned for a store credit or exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be credited. Exchanges (if applicable), item must be sent back in unused condition to qualify for an exchange. As a small business it would hurt us greatly if we received used items. Used items cannot be sent out to other customers therefore would have to be disposed of them on our end.

We do replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@faithfulfamilyfarmer.com

Free Shipping coupons apply to USPS shipping only, upgraded shipping not applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you choose to. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please track your product and make sure it's tracking on time. If it seems to be lost in transit please email us so that we can assist you!
