We want you to truly enjoy your experience with us and feel confident in your purchase. If you run into an issue or have a reaction, please reach out to us at support@faithfulfamilyfarmer.com, and we will come up with a solution that works for you. Please keep in mind results may vary from person to person especially with wellness products. Lifestyle and diet can play a huge part in the healing process. If you feel like you are not getting results quick enough, please reach out so we assist you or offer additional information that may help you while using our products. Result time can vary from person to person.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note: we do not accept returns based on scent preference. Ozonated products naturally have a distinct aroma—one that many of our customers come to appreciate. While it may take some getting used to, most find that with consistent use, the results far outweigh the smell (and often, they end up loving it!).
To complete your return, we require an email with your order number and reason for sending your item back. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. If you are approved, a credit or refund will be created via email and sent to you to use on your next purchase. Exchanges (if applicable), item must be sent back in unused condition to qualify for an exchange. Used items cannot be sent out to other customers therefore would have to be disposed of them on our end.

Free Shipping coupons apply to UPS ground shipping only, upgraded shipping not applicable.
UPS shipping is highly encouraged & most reliable with shipping times. If choosing USPS ground advantage shipping please be aware it can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. We will not send a replacement if a package takes longer than expected to arrive & is still being updated in the tracking system. For all lost packages please email suppot@faithfulfamilyfarmer.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you choose to. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please track your product and make sure it's tracking on time. If it seems to be lost in transit please email us so that we can assist you!
