If your balm or salve melts during shipping, no worries! Simply place it in the fridge to let it firm back up. Because our products are made with pure, natural ingredients and no synthetic stabilizers, changes in texture are normal. Your product is still completely safe and effective to use.

My Ozonated Product Looks Separated or Has Settled. Is That Normal?

Yes! Ozonated oils can naturally separate or settle over time since we never use synthetic binders. Just give your product a good shake before each use to blend the ozone-infused goodness evenly throughout.

Why Does My Product’s Color Look Different?

Color variations are completely normal and a beautiful sign of purity. Each batch is made with 100% natural oils, and slight differences in hue can occur depending on the harvest and season of the raw ingredients.

Why Does My Product Smell So Strong?

Ozonated oils, especially ozonated olive oil, have a unique, fresh scent — sometimes described as “like the air after rain.” Ozonated olive oil naturally smells stronger than ozonated jojoba oil because it’s one of the most potent oils to ozone-infuse. If the scent feels strong at first, many customers find that they grow to love it with consistent use.

How Should I Store My Ozonated Products?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If your home is warm, you can refrigerate them to extend freshness, but it’s not required.

Do you make your own ozonated oil?

Yes! We produce our ozonated oils in-house using medical-grade ozone generators with cold ozone production and ceramic cells. This ensures the purest and highest-quality ozonated oil possible.

Are your products safe for breastfeeding?

Yes, all of our products are safe for use while breastfeeding, except our hormone-support rollerballs, which are formulated specifically for hormone balance and not recommended during nursing.

Do your products need to be refrigerated?

No refrigeration is not necessary. Our products stay fresh for 8–12 months at room temperature. Each batch is made fresh weekly to ensure maximum potency. However, they can last longer with refrigeration.

My facial balm looks grainy. Is it still good?

Yes! Natural butters can form small grains if they melt during shipping and re-solidify. Just warm a bit between your fingers before applying, it will smooth right out and perform perfectly.

Why is my balm different textures at different times?

Because our balms are made without synthetic stabilizers, temperature changes can naturally affect their texture. Warmer weather may make them softer, while cooler temperatures can make them firmer. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

Each balm is made with pure, natural ingredients. So just like nature, they can change with the seasons.

What is the shelf life of your Ozonated Castor Oil?

About 12 months at room temperature.

 Do you have essential oil free options?

Yes! Our Ozonated Cleansing Oil, Ozonated Body Oil, Donkey milk soap, Ozonated Castor Oil and our ozonated tallow balm are essential-oil-free and excellent for sensitive skin. Make sure to chose the essential oil free option for our tallow balm.

 Do you offer travel or sample sizes?

Not yet, but we’re exploring this option for the future based on customer feedback.

Usage & Skin Concerns

How do I use the Ozonated Lymphatic Salve?

Apply a small amount to the desired area (neck, underarms, groin, behind knees) and massage in circular motions once or twice daily. It supports lymphatic drainage, reduces inflammation, and promotes detoxification. For best results, apply after dry brushing or showering. Can I use the salve inside my mouth?

No, it’s for external use only.

What helps with fine lines or wrinkles?

Our Ozonated Facial Balm and Ozonated Facial Serum (sold together as the Facial Moisturizer Kit) are customer favorites. Pair with our Calming or Clarifying Hydrosol (with hibiscus, “nature’s botox”) for visible improvement in tone and elasticity. Also Give our New Ozonated Tallow balm a try for hydration and improved elasticity.

 What do you recommend for eczema or dry skin?

Our Ozonated Body Oil and Ozonated tallow balm provide deep hydration while letting skin breathe. Both are gentle, non-pore-clogging, and rich in oxygenated nourishment.

Can the salve help with hemorrhoids or inflammation?

While not created specifically for hemorrhoids, many customers find it soothes external inflammation and discomfort thanks to its ozone-infused formula.

Can I use your products on my dog?

Some customers have used the salve on pets successfully, but because essential oils and pets can be sensitive, we can’t officially recommend it. We recommend doing your research on pets and essential oil safety to see what you feel most comfortable with. Consult your vet for medical advice.

My skin tag or wart isn’t improving — what should I do?

Results vary depending on the root cause (such as insulin resistance or viruses). Consistency is key. Some customers see progress after 4 weeks or more of steady use with our Ozonated Lymphatic Salve while others take longer. The longer it has been there, the longer it can take to fully go away.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

My package says “delivered” but I haven’t received it.

USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered a few days early. Please wait 1–2 days and check with your local post office, they can GPS-track the delivery. If it’s still missing, reach out and we’ll assist further.

My package is delayed. What can I do?

Shipping carriers (especially USPS Ground) have experienced delays. Your order should arrive within 3–5 business days of the last tracking update. For faster and more reliable shipping, choose UPS at checkout.

An item was missing from my package.

We’re so sorry for the oversight! Please check the initials on your thank-you card (bottom right corner) and email us, we’ll send a replacement right away and review with our packaging team.

 Why is shipping charging me when I qualify for free shipping?

Ensure your subtotal (before tax) is $130 or more and is a US order. Discounts can lower your subtotal below that threshold, removing the free-shipping perk. If that’s not the case, contact us, we’ll refund the shipping charge manually.

What is your return policy?

 Do your products ever go rancid?

No, each batch is made fresh weekly. What you may notice is the natural ozone scent (often described as “fresh after rain”). This unique smell confirms true ozone infusion and doesn’t affect product quality. Our products have a shelf life of 8-12 months, we recommend using them before the 12 month mark.

Why do your products smell different?

Ozone has a very distinct scent. Clean, crisp, and sometimes earthy. Many customers grow to love it over time, as it signals potency and freshness.

What if I have a reaction?

Are emails answered on weekends?
