Why does the color or texture vary?
Faint yellow to ivory is normal, that comes from the natural pigments in the rosehip oil. In warmer months the balm may melt during shipping. If it arrives liquid, place it in the fridge until it firms back up. It's still safe and works the same. We don't use any toxic stabilizers to keep it stiff.

What it is
